MANAGEMENT
- According to the plan of BRIM project, the Institute of Zoology, CAS, is responsible for establishment of the Zoological Division of Chinese Biodiversity Information Center (CBIC) manage the daily work of the division. The head of it should be appointed by the institute. At present, the division is managed by the Department of Research, IOZ, and undertake the project of CAS and IOZ. The division also applies funds from the state and local government or joins research projects headed by other institute or ministries.
- Within the Institute of Zoology, the division will make its best to cooperate with other departments on information management. Some projects, which are undertaken now, in fact, are applied jointly with other research groups.
